 Yasmina Lokmanoğlu, the founding President of Mersin City Council, Slow Food team participated in the meeting where Tarsus Sarıulak Olive Group's works were explained at Tarsus Commodity Exchange within the scope of Tarsus road map prepared within the scope of Slow Food - Slow City.

Dr. Ali Cerrahoğlu and olive oil and health issues, the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture by the Sebnem Kurt olive oil varieties classification issues were explained to the Slow Food team.

Lastly, M. Sadık Boltaç, owner of the stock exchange member Boltaç Olive Oil Company, introduced the tasting techniques with olive oil tasting techniques and samples of different olive oils.
