Within the scope of this activity, which was supported by Tarsus Commodity Exchange, the promotional materials prepared by Slow Food team were consulted and the ideas about how to start the road map were discussed and targeted programs for 2020 were evaluated. The main agendas of the meeting were the Slow Food Tarsus Sarıulak Olives campaign, the use of Sarıulağ, widespread cultivation and awareness-raising activities, and a wide-participation workshop on Sarıulak.
